There is no way the Obama Administration in Washington can mislead international public opinion about the wise, moral, dignified and role-model leadership exhibited by President Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, Latin America and the world. Having been repeatedly rejected by the Venezuelan people to turn against their elected Government, led by President Hugo Chavez the Obama Administration through Secretary of Stat Hilary Clinton has now embarked on a media calumny, lies, deceits, destruction, subversive, character assassination campaign and international state terrorism to bring down the democratically elected Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. By ALIMAMY BAKARR SANKOH, President of the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS).

For Immediate Release. 14 June, 2010.

Subject: ‘HCI-FPFS CONDEMNS U.S. ATTEMPTS TO DEMONISE VENEZUELA’.

Statement:

Hilary Clinton, the US Secretary of State is obligated to pursue anti-Venezuelan policy bequeathed to the White House by former Bush Administration. That policy is nothing but international state terrorism designed to destroy President Hugo Chavez, the elected Government, peace and happiness, which the Venezuelan people currently enjoy under Commander Chavez. The tools employed by the US in its policy of international state terrorism towards Venezuela includes funding right wing fascist terrorist groups, pampering narco-politicians in the name of Venezuelan democratic opposition and building unwanted, unmandated and terror military bases in Colombia thereby creating fear in the region.

Hilary Clinton represents the United States capitalist class, which has tentacles of ruthless exploitation of natural resources, degradation and dehumanisation in countries world wide. It is this interest of the moribund capitalist class, settlers’ colonialist race-filled class in Latin America, narco- regimes and the protection of these anti-people’s forces, which is the reason for the unending anti-Venezuelan smear campaign. This campaign is also used to destabilise peace and freedom-loving countries like Ecuador, Bolivia, Nicaragua, and to overthrow by force of arms and ammunition, the democratically elected Government of President Manuel Zelaya in Honduras a year ago, in 2009.

In a reckless comment recently run in a Colombian based media outlet, and which was disseminated on 10 June, 2010 Hilary Clinton attempted to mislead international public opinion by inventing the lie and political deceit that the people of Venezuela are undergoing suffering under the leadership of President Hugo Chavez. This in fact did not come to us in the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) as a surprised because this fictitious and tailored propaganda were always picked up and trumpeted throughout the imperialist media.

The bitter truth is that Hilary Clinton instead of condemning the day-in-and-day-out-brutal massacre recently perpetrated by the state of Israel against members of the Liberty Flotilla who were trying to carry humanitarian aid supplies to the suffering and hapless Palestinian people of the Gaza Strip, deliberately decided to divert international attention by rehearsing repeated lies, invented stories and doctored intelligence gathering against Venezuela and other progressive nations of Latin America.

There is no way the US anti-Venezuelan malicious campaign can deceive those of us who have eyes, who think correctly and are conscious of the US manipulative tendencies and dirty imperialist games that are the bane of the US Body polity. Based on the fact above, we in the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) express deep concern about the lack of balance being demonstrated by the US Congress, and in particular by the House Subcommittee on Western Hemisphere. A hearing scheduled to be held on June 16th entitled, "Press Freedom in the Americas" demonstrates a disturbing lack of understanding and knowledge about Venezuela in particular. We are concern because Mr. Marcel Granier (currently wanted in Venezuela for dubious businesses), President of RCTV, has been invited to testify. It is well-known that Marcel Granier was involved in the April 2002 unsuccessful CIA coup against elected President Hugo Chavez, in which media owners and outlets sadly played a treacherous role by denying the public truthful and balanced information.

To be specific, Mr. Granier not only personally supported the overthrow of the democratically elected government, but in the days preceding the anti-Venezuelan CIA coup, RCTV ran ads encouraging the public to take to the streets and overthrow the democratically elected president. Once Chavez was forcefully removed from office, the station continued to collude with the coup government by conducting a news blackout! In fact, one of the managing producers of Venezuela's highest-rated newscast, the RCTV program El Observador, testified that he was instructed directly by Marcel Granier, on the day of the coup to show "No information on Chávez, his followers, his ministers, and all others that could in any way be related to him."(1) This is publicly known and in fact, his participation as a media owner was not uncommon. For this very reason, this CIA coup d'etat is referred to by academics in the US and elsewhere alike as the first media coup in the hemisphere.

To have Marcel Granier testify in a US Congress about press freedom, a right that he has denied openly to his own countrymen at a time of national crisis, is nothing less than condoning terrorism and downrightly subversive. We believe that if US Congress is built on democratic principles, then it activities must be seen in that way, and not the other way as it is happening now. In fact the Venezuelan people do not need US Congress to teach them about democracy or press freedom, which are not allowed to give expression in the US. The Venezuelan people do not need outside intruders to judge on the stewardship of the elected leaders. Charity begins first at home, so says the wise adage. The US Congress must be seen spending US taxpayers money wisely, say for instance to prosecute those that are responsible for the ongoing holocaust campaign spearheaded by the US military in Iraq.

We see President Hugo Chavez in the forefront of the international resistance against imperialism and its strings of oppression, racism, fascism, oligarchy, degradation and dehumanization. We know that Hilary Clinton is much a messenger of destruction in Latin America as Judas Iscariot is a Christian. If anything, we believe there are more on Hilary Clinton’s and US Congress breakfast tables than to hide behind any vicious agenda to mislead the US public.

When Israel invaded Palestine in January 2009, it was with President Obama’s full approval. Over 1,500 Palestinians died in one week, and hundreds of thousands have been systematically murdered and tortured over the years at the hands of the illegal white supremacist settler colonialist Zionist state of Israel.

President Obama even laid a reef at the holocaust memorial in 2009 for Jews that were murdered during WWII by Hitler, although Hitler murdered them with the help of some Zionist organizations and agencies who are running the state of Israel today (read Ben Hecht’s book, Perfidy). In the same vein he has no remorse for the Palestinians who are being massacred by the terrorist state of Israel. This provides evidence of how President Obama supports racism, even against Latin America, the Caribbean, Arab and African people, because he refused to allow American participation in the 2009 U.N. World Conference Against Racism, in Geneva Switzerland, because of possible condemnation of Israel for its crimes against the Palestinians; the demand for reparations by Africans for the U.S. crime of enslavement; condemnation for US complicit in the murder of four million Red Indians (Native Peoples) in refugee camps by US cloned President Alvaro Uribe in Colombia.

In Iraq Obama is no where near his campaign promise of pulling out U.S. troops, who are killing Iraqi’s like flies. There are hundreds of thousands that have been raped, tortured, defiled, and have lost their lives, and millions of Iraqi’s scattered throughout the Middle East as refugees.

Like in Iraq, the same type of terrorism that President Obama and the US are preparing to export to Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, etc. The United States defines Venezuelan rich natural resources as “strategic national interest.” The Government of President Hugo Chavez is channeling Venezuelan resources to improve the living conditions and status of the Venezuelan people. And the US is not happy about this and it is ready to go to war over Venezuelan’s resources in the interest of its national security. The inference is that taking Venezuela’s oil in the interest of U.S. national security is more important than Venezuela’s resources being used to provide food, clothing, housing, education and health care for Venezuela’s own citizenry.

Concluding, we want to restate it again that the US must do the honourable thing; the US must stop its arrogant terrorism towards the President Hugo Chavez, the Government and people of Venezuela.

Press Release Statement for Immediate Release.

Subject.....HCI-FPFS CODEMNS DEADLY ISRAELI RAID ON GAZA FLOTILLA.

1June, 2010.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and {HCI-FPFS] feels very saddened after hearing of the news of the Israeli deadly raids on Gaza Flotilla. It is unfortunate, and very unfortunate that the Israeli Government used the most brutal attack against unarmed people, who have come from different regions of the world.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity {HCI-FPFS} strongly condemns this Israeli attack on the humanitarian aid flotilla ships in the international waters bound for Gaza strip that resulted in the brutal killing of innocent peace activists. Such act subverts all moral principles of international law, and constitutes also the worst example of state terrorism.

This is a criminal act and an act of terror. Israel cannot flout international law with impunity unless it is aided and abetted by the US. It is American support that they continue to violate international law. The Free Gaza Flotilla of 6 ships with 700 international activists on board and carrying 10,000 tones of humanitarian aid was attacked May 30 by Israel, killing at least 16 people and injuring dozens.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity {HCI-FPFS} demand the immediate and unconditional lifting of the blockade on Gaz. We call upon the international community, the United Nations, Arab League, Organisation of Islamic Conference, African Union, and Organisation of the American States, etc to undertake an immediate and independent inquiry into the incident and provide the results to the International Criminal Court in The Hague to take action against those responsible for the heinous crime against humanity.

Signed……………….

Subject: “RE-ELECTION OF PRESIDENT OMAR HASSAN AL-BACHIR: HCIFPFS

CONGRATULATES THE PEOPLE’S PRESIDENT RE-ELECT OF THE SUDAN”.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and

Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) extends its warmest greetings and

congratulations to H.E. President Hassan Omar Al-Bachir on his

impressive re-election victory at 11-16 April, 2010 election held in

The Sudan.

Such unchallenged victory represents serious success for democracy,

good governance, unity, freedom, dignity and prosperity. It is an

endorsement of the President’s mission and vision for The Sudan,

Africa and the World.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and

Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) wishes also to congratulate the entire people of

Sudan, who in spite of last minute attempts by detractors to abort the

democratic process, participated massively in the election and

triumphly re-elected President Omar Hassan Al-Bachir. The people of

The Sudan have recorded remarkable changes and upliftment of their

status that are inevitably the dividends of Dr. Omar Hassan Bachir’s

role-model leadership in the country, Africa and the world.

President Bachir’s re-election victory therefore represents also a

total rejection of the ICC (International Criminal Court) wicked

policy towards The Sudan, and a devastating blow to the forces of

imperialist Zionism that are bent on destabilising the East African

nation through local rogues and collaborators. President Omar Hassan

Al-Bachir is best qualified than ever to lead The Sudan because of

good performance as demonstrated in his cherished policies,

directions, programs and activities since he assumed the mantle of

leadership in the country in 1989.

And, because the President re-elect, H.E. Dr. Omar Hassan Al-Bachir is

a person of integrity, good vision and action, the Hugo Chavez

International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity

The Daha Peace Accord
HUGO CHAVEZ INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR PEACE, FRIENDSHIP AND SOLIDARITY

HCI-FPFS

Statement to the International Community 29 February, 2010.

Subject: HCI-FPFS WARMLY SUPPORTS THE DOHA PEACE ACCORD ON DARFUR.

On February 23, 2010 a Peace Accord was signed in Doha, Qatar between the democratically elected Government of His Excellency Dr. Hassan Omar Al-Bachir and rebels of the Movement for Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) in Darfur led by Kahlil Ibrahim. The powerful Accord (dubbed the DOHA ACCORD) was reached after serious and tireless negotiations spearheaded by His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani and the noble Government of Qatar.

In yet another clear demonstration of caring, just, responsible and responsive leadership, President Hassan Omar Bachir declared that the war in Darfur is over, sending a message to the enemies of the people of Sudan that peace and not war can move Sudan forward. The President, we, in the HCI-FPFS wants to believe made such declaration out of a deep consciousness as the legitimate leader of Sudan who was voted by the overwhelming majority of the people through a fair, free, democratic and transparent contest, to steer the domestic as well as the international affairs of Sudan, and to protect the country’s noble Constitution, sovereignty, patrimony, territory and interests of all Sudanese people regardless of tribe, religion or colour.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) therefore:

a) Warmly supports the DOHA ACCORD, which to all intents and purposes provide dignified and lasting solution to the imposed bloody conflict in Darfur.

b. Commends His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani and the noble Government of Qatar for this priceless service to Africa and humanity in general.

c. Commends also President Idris Deby and the Government of Chad for advancing shoulder to shoulder with its counterparts in Sudan, Qatar and people-loving people on the road of ending all the frenzies, agonies, traumas, tribulations, pains, misery and suffering associated with the imposed brutal conflict in Darfur.

d. Expresses its appreciation and support for the role of the Arab League, Maghreb Union, Organization of Islamic Conference, Arab League and United Nations in the search for peace in Darfur.

An end to the imposed violence in Darfur and restoration of peace and stability in Sudan has always been the concerned of the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS). The HCI-FPFS was of the view that the conflict in Darfur was destined to end one day with a solution to wipe off the tears of the Sudanese people, restore human rights, freedom and dignity of Darfurians. And today, HCI-FPFS stands tall and feels absolutely vindicated with the signing of the DOHA ACCORD.

For those local detractors whose stock in trade is to unleash terror on the Sudanese people, we say to them and their foreign collaborators that peace in Darfur is greater and precious than the proxy Zionist agenda they represent in Sudan.

Concluding, we call upon the international community, particularly the Security Council of the United Nations to pass a Resolution supporting the DOHA ACCORD and take its responsibility of reconstruction of Darfur region. We call also upon the UN Security Council to exert pressure on the Israeli government to close down all anti-Sudan, anti-African terrorist outfits in Tel-Avil and stop meddling in the internal affairs of Africa.

No substitute to the peace and unity of Sudan!

VIOLENT COUP IN NIGER IS UANACCEPTABLE.
HUGO CHAVEZ INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR PEACE, FRIENSHIP AND SOLIDARITY

HCI-FPFS

Public Statement 20 February, 2010.

Subject: VIOLENT COUP IN NIGER IS UANACCEPTABLE.

On 4th August, 2009 the people of Niger participated in a national referendum to amend changes in the country’s constitution and voted massively in support of delimitation of term of office of the President. The amendments in the constitution did not prevent any qualified citizen of Niger to contest presidential elections, but rather reinforces democracy by allowing the people to vote for leaders they believe are working for the progress of the country.

On Thursday 18 February, 2010 President Mamadou Tandja was in a meeting with his cabinet Ministers and other members of government to discuss the progress of stewardship to the nation and other issues of national interests to the peace, security, stability and development of Nigeria when a group of “neo-colonialist sobels” (soldiers in uniform and terrorists in action), supported by the occupation French Army in the country stormed the Presidential palace, killing at least 31 people and more wounded. President Mamadou Tandja and some of his Ministers were kidnapped on board a French military helicopter and sent to an undisclosed destination.

The “neo-colonialist sobels” announced a coup d’état, which was followed by suspension of the country’s Constitution and democratic Institutions.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) is disturbed by these unfolding events which occurred in Niger. The HCI-FPFS strongly condemns these cowardly, filthy and violent actions of the French backed military against the constitutional and democratically elected President and rejects any attempts to have Mr. Tandja him replaced as the president of that Republic of Niger with any other person. The HCI-FPFS joins the civilised world in calling for the restoration of President Mamadou Tandja and his democratically elected Government, as well as the return of constitutional order, the rule of law and democracy in the West African nation.

We denounce the colonialist, racist and terrorist role of the occupation French Army and those other institutions submissive to the evils of criminals and rogues that are bent on destabilising Africa.

This coup in Niger represents a huge step backward for the entire Africa and simply cannot be tolerated. The HCI-FPFS calls upon countries like Libya, Iran, United Arab Emirates and others that love peace, freedom and development for Africa, to take all peaceful steps, including the withdrawal of all assistance to the group of neo-colonialist sobels which carried out this coup to ensure the safety and personal security of President Mamadou Tandja and return to his rightful place as President and Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Niger.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) considers any country, institution or group that supports the brutal assassination of constitutional order and democratic institutions in Niger as unleashing and promoting acts of terrorism against Africa and its sovereign people. The role of the occupation French Army in the violent coup d’état in Niger is tantamount to promoting violent aggression against Africa and serious attacks against civilisation.

We condemn also the unending violent retribution, including attacking, killing and arrests, carried out by the military against supporters of the ousted leader in the interior of Niger.

Workers Uniting calls upon the United Nations, African Union, Organisation of Islamic Conference and Libya, Iran, Mali, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso and Saudi Arabia to take all measures within their diplomatic powers to ensure that all Nigerien civilians, and particularly trade unionists and social activists denouncing the coup, are safe and secure and will not be victimized by violence and repression.

This is a critical moment in the history of Africa. No serious investor can return to continent at a time when military coups were common-place. The only way we believe help would be forth coming to Niger is for people of good will around the world to stand with the working people of Niger in calling for a return of President Tandja to power, and for the military to respect the human rights of those protesting against the violent coup.

The events in Niger to say the least indicate that western countries prescription of democracy to Africa is far from achieving peace, political stability, freedom, dignity and prosperity. Such events are also vindication of the cherished principles of “socialism of the 21st century” as taught, preached and practice by President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela. Socialism of the 21st century advocates respect for sovereignty of the people; and guarantee decent living standards for the people. Above all, socialism of the 21st century condemns all forms and manifestation of imperialism, fascism, oligarchy, racism and all those other evils that ruined nations and lives.

It should be noted here that there were many attempts to overthrow the Government of President Mamadou Tandja in the last decade through concocted stories about those who benefitted in the country’s uranium deposits. The HCI-FPFS is of the belief that the situation in Niger calls for urgent international action for removal of all foreign military bases and establishments on the continent. This is necessary to stop foreign criminal adventurers from meddling in African’s internal matters. The HCI-FPFS demand for an end to dumping of nuclear and other industrial toxic wastes in the continent’s waters.

The brutal racism and violent terrorism practice by the French in Africa were the major facts that led to President Laurent Gbagbo of the Republic of Ivory Coast to acts quickly last week to pre-empt a French plan of action and coup d’état in his country.

HCI-FPFS CONDEMNS UNITED STATES PLANS TO ATTACK SUDAN.
HUGO CHAVEZ INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR PEACE, FRIENDSHIP AND SOLIDARITY

HCI-FPFS

PRESS RELEASE STATEMENT 18 February, 2010

Subject: HCI-FPFS CONDEMNS UNITED STATES PLANS TO ATTACK SUDAN.

The attention of the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) has learnt of plans by the US Government to attack Sudan. Information revealed to the HCI-FPFS confirms that the tragic events that have killed over a million people in Haiti and devastated that country was caused by US weapons test prepared for use to launch aggression and violent military attack against Sudan in the first week of April, days before the holding of the country’s presidential elections on 13 April, 2010.

This information confirms also earlier reports by the Russian Fleet and presented to Prime Minister Vladimir Putin that the catastrophic disaster in Haiti was a direct result of US tests of one of its stockpiles of arsenals of mass annihilation (Tesla earth quake bombs) designed for use against Iran and its people.

We condemn the US Government's intentions to start a war against Sudan and its attempt to hide behind the facade of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague to provide a cover for this war. Thanks to President Hugo Chavez for exhibiting act of statesmanship and having the courage to confirm reports by the powerful Russian Military. The Venezuelan leader is on record for his strong advocacy for disarmament and for governments around the world to invest on advancing the living standards and conditions of their people, and not on such evil items meant to wipe-off whole peoples, whole nations and whole regions.

The US intends to attack Sudan anyway to pursue its economic and military interests in Africa and the Middle East, with the support of the complicit media and Zionist forces. President Barack Obama and his emissaries, armed with a fictitious intelligence report prepared by Israeli Defence Force, have repeatedly threatened the safety and security of President Hassan Omar El-Bachir of Sudan with the so-called ICC warrant of arrest. The US is merely playing along in an effort to rearm Southern Sudan and the terror forces in Darfur to prepare a frontline for attacks to overthrow the Government in Khartoum.

We denounce the Obama administration's subversive action plan to invade Sudan because it is calculated to be the major step towards forcing the global community to accept and legitimise the US claim to its right to pre-emptively attack any country it perceives as enemy or considers a threat to US interests and thus to dictate its terms on the rest of the world.

The so-called ICC indictments against President El Bachir announced year ago laid bare this outrageous claim to US imperial rights that violate and repudiate the United Nations' charter as well as all established norms of international law, in an attempt to justify any aggression against Sudan in the name of interpreting ICC decisions. The irony is that how can the US pretends to execute decisions of an institution which it (US) does not recognised. If anything, we suggest that the ICC should rather indict the perpetrators of the holocaust campaign against the people of Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, etc. than blind-fooling the public about the true situation in Darfur, a tragic situation the ICC itself knows Israel created the genocide on the African continent. The ICC should also consider indicting President Alvaro Uribe of Colombia and his network of terrorists for the massacre of four million native peoples (Red Indians) in refugee camps.

On the tragic events in Haiti, the trouble is not whether the United Nations will shoulder its responsibility, to at least condemn the deliberate acts of genocide and heinous crime against humanity committed in the Caribbean nation. Whether the ICC in The Hague or Human Rights Commission in Geneva, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, etc will act to seek justice for the Haitian people or not, thanks to the great Cuban revolutionary leader of all time, Dr. Fidel Castro who made the alarm and asked why the massive deployment of military and not Doctors and rescue teams to cope with the catastrophic situation in Haiti.

We are told that the main goal of the US plan action to attack Sudan is to disrupt the coming presidential elections in April and to achieve a Zionist agenda: “to carve a sovereign independent state out of the East African nation”. What is the only crime of President El Bachir? The Sudanese leader is hated for what he represents in Sudan and Africa in general. He is a symbol of peace, unity, stability, freedom, dignity, prosperity and hope.

It should be mentioned that the date April 13, 2010 scheduled for holding the Sudanese presidential elections would mark also the 8th anniversary of the Venezuelan people’s resistance against fascist terrorism and day US imperialism suffered befitting lesson and unprecedented humiliation in the history of Latin America. 13 April would always be remembered as the day the people of Venezuela rejected US plan action and coup d’état against their elected leader, President Hugo Chavez and Government.

The world is now faced with a crucial choice--whether to succumb to the US lust for world domination and plunder of natural resources and wealth or to reject it. We, in the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) totally reject it.

To understand the acceleration in US military aggression and terrorism against humankind, one must look at he unending holocaust campaign against the Arab race. One should also look at the US and European backing of the heinous crimes of racist Zionism-crimes that do not warrant international action to avert race purification in the Middle East and Africa. This lack of serious international action has emboldened the US and European allies in their aggression towards President Omar Hassan El Bachir and the Government of Sudan; President Mahmoud Ahmedinejad and the Government of Iran; President Dr. Bashar al-Assad and the Government of Syria; and against the peoples of Iraq, Palestine.

We believe there is no justification for attacks on either Sudan or Iran. Not even to mention about ICC indicting a leader who has committed any crime, except for defending the rights and dignity of his people.

Sudan nor Iran has not threatened the US or Europe. Neither the Sudanese nor Iranian Government has no connection to Al Qaeda and has never been involved in acts of terrorism.

President Hugo Chavez was correct to say that Tesla earth quake weapons are the same arsenals of destruction the US and its UK allies lied that Iraq was having, but which are being used today against the people of Haiti. It should be pointed out that the US and its allies manufactured dubious intelligence reports so as to show that Iraq was a real threat and to justify the holocaust campaign against the Iraqi population.

It should also be mentioned that there are stockpiles of credible evidence, to confirm unequivocally that the US has used the mass destruction arsenals of Tesla earth quake weapons in April, 1979 against former Yugoslavia; in March 2002 against the people of Afghanistan and has been pouring Depleted Uranium on the Iraqi people for the last twenty years. The US also ordered of late drone attacks against the people of Pakistan perceived to belong to the wrong religion and that they must be liquidated.

It is utterly very unfortunate that every time leaders in the likes of President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela move toward combating terrorism, trans national organised crimes and political gansterism; toward peace, stability and development, the US Government and allies take odd direction by funding oligarchy, narco-fascist, race-filled Zionist and opposition terrorist groups to overthrow democratic government, and destabilising peaceful nations in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Middle East and Asia.

In the light of the above, we assure the Government and people of Sudan our continued solidarity and support, and urge the people’s President Omar Hassan El Bachir never to succumb to external pressure and intimidation, be it from imperialism or racist Zionism. We assure also the Government and people of Iran our solidarity and support, and urge the charismatic President Mahmoud Ahmedinejad to continue the process of rebuilding Iran for peace, stability, freedom, dignity and prosperity.

WE APPEAL TO ALL PEOPLE EVERYWHERE TO OPPOSE THIS TERRORISM AGAINST ANOTHER SOVEREIGN INDEPENDENT STATE AND MEMBER OF THE UNITED NATIONS.

We appeal to the civilised world to oppose US efforts to destabilise Sudan and Iran, and pass a Security Council Resolution against US military aggression and destabilisation efforts.

We call on all peace-loving people and peoples to come together to generate a powerful international voice to bring an end to the vicious cycle of violence, create and protect democracy and freedom by non-violent actions, and build people-to-people relationships based on justice.

We call on all members of the WORLDWIDE ANTI-IMPERIALIST ALLIANCE to urge their governments to oppose US plans to attack Sudan and Iran, and to engage in worldwide actions that will demonstrate opposition to this plan by all peace-loving forces, in solidarity with peace movements in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Middle East and Asia.

PROTEST AGAINST FRANCE’S MEDDLING POLICY IN THE INTERNAL MATTERS OF THE VENEZUELAN REPUBLIC.
HUGO CHAVEZ INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR PEACE, FRIENDSHIP AND SOLIDARITY

HCI-FPFS

Public Statement 10 February, 2010.

Subject: PROTEST AGAINST FRANCE’S MEDDLING POLICY IN THE INTERNAL MATTERS OF THE VENEZUELAN REPUBLIC.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) protests vehemently against France’s meddling policy in the internal affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and calls on the French Republic to respect the sovereignty, national independence, territorial integrity and democratic culture of the Latin American nation.

Much as the HCI-FPFS is concerned, Venezuela’s National Commission on Telecommunications (CONATEL) is a legally constituted body and all its policies, activities and decisions are made purely in accordance with the spirit and letter of the Venezuelan Constitution and democratic principles. The HCI-FPFS therefore considers recent statements by the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of France, Bernard Valero on the lawful and democratic activities of CONATEL as an attempt to demonise the elected Government of President Hugo Chavez. The statements border also on racism, intimidation, fascist terrorism, hate and reckless dissipation.

The HCI-FPFS reject ethos whereby France blatantly and rudely meddles in the internal matters of Venezuela in an undisguised manner. With the main goal of destabilising the socialist Government of President Hugo Chavez, France flagrantly indulges in conspiracy activities with the enemies of President Chavez, notably imperialism, oligarchy, terrorism and racist Zionism by inventing and promoting spurious stories against the Venezuelan Republic.

What right has France to utter reckless, irresponsible and rude statements about the noble and lawful activities of the Venezuelan National Commission on Telecommunications (CONATEL)? Whether the French Republic has approved plans to reinforce US campaign to destabilise Venezuela and kill President Hugo Chavez cannot be explained here. Suffice it to say that, France’s recent undiplomatic activities proved Paris is in complicit with Washington to carry out an action plan of sabotage, demonization and coup d’état against Venezuela.

By this statement, the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) demands that France apologise to Venezuela, particularly to President Hugo Chavez and promise not to meddle again in the internal affairs of the Venezuelan Republic.

Down with US Racist Imperialism.

Down with France’s Fascist Terrorism.

Down with Terrorist Oligarchy.

Down with Racist Zionism.

US REINFORCES THE “BUSH-RITE TERRORISM AGAINST PRESIDENT HUGO CHAVEZ FRIARS OF VENEZUELA.
HUGO CHAVEZ INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR PEACE, FRIENDSHIP AND SOLIDARITY

HCI-FPFS

_____________________________

Public Release Statement: 30 January, 2010.

Subject: US REINFORCES THE “BUSH-RITE TERRORISM AGAINST PRESIDENT HUGO CHAVEZ FRIARS OF VENEZUELA.

STATEMENT:

Following immediately the foiling of the CIA plot to assassinate President Hugo Chavez and overthrow the democratically elected Government of Venezuela through subversive action plan in November, 2007, the US imperialism feels much thirst for the blood of the Venezuelan leader. The US imperialism, particularly former Administration of the most disgraced President George Bush Jr. felt totally humiliated after the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) foiled the three hundred million United States dollars (US$300, 000, 000.00) CIA plan of action to destabilise Venezuela, overthrow its legitimate Government, kill the President and seize control of the country’s rich natural wealth.

Information provided recently by tangible sources revealed that following the popular mass action that reversed the 48 hours CIA dirty coup and covert action plan, which temporally ousted President Hugo Chavez from power in April, 2002 US imperialism redraws the anti-Venezuelan campaign, this time high profile political assassination has been placed top of the agenda. It is clear now that the CIA has felt the popularity of President Hugo Chavez amongst the civilian and military population of Venezuela, and has resorted to another terrorist action plan to destroy the Venezuelan leader. As usual corrupting international instruments and the corporate media, the US Government practices a heinous policy of state terrorism towards Venezuela.

Two years have passes since the HCI-FPFS foiled the CIA terrorist agenda to its vicious agenda in Venezuela, and Latin America in particular. Again, and today our Latin American representative has confirmed that US President Barack Obama has consented the CIA plan to continue the hunt policy against President Hugo Chavez where his predecessor stopped. Further information provided to the HCI-FPFS indicates that the MOSSADS (the Israeli terror security outfit) and Para-military personnel from the renegade Kosovo have been hired and paid heavily to reinforce the US-Colombian military bases along the Venezuelan/Colombian borders. Our friends in Europe have also confirmed information that the Obama Administration in Washington has placed all US-NATO forces in Europe on combat ready for possible military aggression on Venezuela, just as documented evidence are available to confirm that former US Administration of the late Ronald Reagan ordered the US-NATO Air Force base in Italy to unleash terror on Libya’s towns of Tripoli and Benghazi in an attempt to murder the leader and Guide, Mohamed Gadafi in April, 1986.

This comes along side the MOSSADS dirty lie and malicious allegation that President Chavez supports what the enemies of the Iranian people called “Iran’s nuclear weapons program”, by exporting uranium to the Islamic state. The irony here is that, how can the Zionist state, based on fictitious intelligence gathering alleged that a legally and morally independent sovereign nation like Iran is pursuing nuclear weapons program? It is a well established fact that Israel backed by the US and European allies is the only force in the Middle East that produces and stockpiles nuclear and bio-chemical weapons designed to wipe-off any population with an Arab gene. Again, Iran has repeatedly made it crystal clear that its nuclear program is designed for peace and development purposes, and not otherwise as assumed by the Zionist state.

The truth is that, no parts of Venezuela’s sovereign territory that uranium is currently produce and exported abroad. It comes to say that the allegation that President Chavez supplies his Iranian revolutionary Brother, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad with uranium is totally utter rubbish.

Based on the above information and facts, the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) in convinced that the reported violation of Venezuelan air sovereignty on January 8, 2010 by US NATO air force fighter jets P3 based in Holland was part of the CIA covert agenda approved by President Barack Obama to destroy the Venezuelan leader. It should be stated clear that the Obama Administration in Washington is engaged in shameful acts of recruiting European nationals as mercenaries to reinforce efforts to assassinate democratically elected leaders and governments that resist imperialism and have totally refused to pawn the dignity of their peoples and countries to rogue empires. The case of the attempt by hired mercenaries from Hungary, Ireland and Croatia to assassinate President Evo Morales of Bolivia in April, 2009 is till fresh in the minds of the people of Latin America.

In the aftermath of the disgraceful exit of George Bush in the White Bush, the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) argued that with President Barack Obama, US foreign policy towards President Hugo Chavez would take a new, just and moral direction for the good of humanity, but a continuation of the ruthless policy of his predecessors-a case of running from the frying pan to the fire. President Chavez is hated by Zionism, imperialism, oligarchy and reactionary forces for having a firm commitment to peace, freedom and human dignity; for not compromising Venezuela’s national sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity to evil alliances; for the defending the noble rights and democratic freedoms of the oppressed humankind; and for what he stands for and ready to die for-equal justice for all, both the few rich and powerful, as well as the majority poor, marginalised, hapless and the zooificated (people reduced to animal status).

It is clear that the information on the deployment of MOSSADS and US NATO bases in Europe in a conscious effort to destroy President Hugo Chavez cannot be found in any of the corporate media in the US or Europe. We believe the international public should be informed correctly about events as they happen around the global village, and while the United Nations is seen by many as a race-filled tool used by certain powerful countries to destroy the Arab race; to vilify and terrorise innocent people assumed to belong to the wrong religion and therefore should be killed with impunity; and to assassinate progressive leaders and overthrow democratic governments in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, this public statement cannot be allowed to be suppressed or swept under the carpet. We will disseminate in to offices and private homes everywhere.

Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) through this Public Statement appeals to all good people to condemn the ongoing cowardly, demonic and covertly subversive campaign against President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela. We denounce the US unholy alliance with the narcotic state of Colombia led by President Alvaro Uribe, the Zionist terrorism camp, fascist groups, the communications media sector of the ultra-rightwing and drug trafficking gurus, and all those instruments that espouse hatred towards the Venezuelan leader.

The United Nations Security Council has the duty to protect the current democratic Venezuela under the leadership of President Hugo Chavez against threats posed by the oligarchy and imperialism. The office of Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has the entire moral obligation to stand tall and bold enough to speak out against attempts by the US and allies to kill President Hugo Chavez and destabilise entire Latin America to achieve a well known agenda to steal resources and dehumanise whole peoples and whole nations.

And from all corners of the global village, we call on all good people to prevail upon European NATO members to assume their responsibilities and make immediate investigations into US violation of European territories and prevent using European lands from launching aggression on the Venezuelan leader.

Public Release Statement 18 January, 2010.

Subject: HCI-FPFS STATEMENT ON THE TRAGIC EVENTS IN HAITI

------------------------------------------

The world is still fighting to come to grips with the extent of the destruction caused by the catastrophic earth quake which has devastated the Caribbean nation of Haiti, the oldest black nation on earth. The haunting images of bodies, injured persons and ruined buildings send shocking waves around the world.

As a non governmental organisation committed to peace, human rights, freedom, dignity and development, the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) joins the global community to mourn the terrible loss of life in Haiti as a result of the devastating earth quake of Tuesday 13 January, 2010. We wish to convey our sincere sympathy to the Government and people of Haiti at this hour of need.

Haiti needs all countries, big or small, developed, developing or under-developed to come to its aid urgently. The situation is one of acute and widespread disaster, as millions of Haitians, particularly children, women and the elderly have been rendered homeless and without food, medicine, safe drinking water and basic amenities needed to keep life.

The atgument as to the caused of the tragic events in Haiti, whether natural or manmade should be left for discussion at a later time. What is urgently needed for now is support, sympathy and prayers for the people of Haiti.

The HCI-FPFS supports President Hugo Chavez's humanitarian contribution by responding quickly to the needs of the suffering people of Haiti. Particularly, the HCI-FPFS appreciates President Chavez responds to the extreme disaster in Haiti by sending food, medicine, rescue team and medics to help cope with the catastrophic damage and uncountable deaths in the Caribbean nation.

CALL FOR WITHDRAWAL OF ALL US MILITARY AGGRESSION BASES OUT OF COLOMBIA.
HUGO CHAVEZ INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR PEACE, FRIENDSHIP AND SOLIDARITY

HCI-FPFS

PUBLIC RELEASE STATEMENT 23 December, 2009-

SUBJECT: CALL FOR WITHDRAWAL OF ALL US MILITARY AGGRESSION BASES OUT OF COLOMBIA.

Statement/

Since its inception in September, 2007 the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) maintained that one of the driven motives behind its formation is to honour one of the greatest world leaders of our time for his selfless service to humanity, and dedication to improving the living conditions of the people of the world through promoting peace and development. The primary objective of the HCI-FPFS is to defend the integrity and unrivalled illuminating personality of His Excellency President Hugo Chavez Friars of Venezuela against the known enemies of humankind.

These noble goals remain unshackled and even become today more elaborate than they were adopted two years ago.

The purpose of this Statement is to prick the conscience of the international public in the light of the real threat and danger posed by the continued unholy alliance between the US Empire and the narcotic state of Colombia. The HCI-FPFS warns Colombia, particularly the narcotic, murderous, obnoxious, spurious and terrorist enclave in Bogotá, with regards to the unwanted presence of US military aggression bases on the Colombian soil, something the Obama Administration in Washington and the wicked bourgeoisie mledia have viciously tried but cannot justify.

No one in history ever disprove that US or former colonial Masters military adventurism on foreign soils posed clear and present danger to peace and to the lives of whole peoples, whole nations and whole regions. The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) therefore views the expansion of US military aggression bases in Colombia as nothing but an attempt to accomplish former President George Bush’s well known heinous agendas, including inventing and fighting criminal wars against peaceful and democratic nations; destabilising progressive governments and committing high profile political murders in Latin America.

To threaten the personal safety and security of a democratically elected leader of another sovereign independent state and member of the United Nations, with lies, tailored intelligence gathering and latest military technology is no way to maintain peace and ensure harmony towards others; and is no way closer to pursuing a decent foreign policy based on civilised norms and standards of behaviours. It is the frank opinion of the HCI-FPFS that only the total withdrawal of all US military aggression bases as well as the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of all US forces and war machines out of Colombia that the threat to peace and security in Latin America can be removed and the people in the entire region be saved from imperialist terrorism of the highest international order.

US military terrorism in Latin America must stop immediately. We know there is a target on US subversive plans on Latin America to destroy President Hugo Chavez, unfortunately the Obama Administration in Washington is pursuing that diabolic agenda in the most wicked, deceptive and criminal way, with Colombia in complicit. What is happening in Honduras today, for example, with the overthrow of the democratically-elected government of President Manuel Zaleya by the CIA and directed by the White House in Washington is no doubt very similar to the plot designed by the former Bush Administration to destroy President Hugo Chavez in December 2007. Thanks to the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) for foiling that conspiracy against the Venezuelan leader.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) wants the international community to understand the current hostile practices promoted by the US and Colombia against President Hugo Chavez. These cruel and hate-filled practices were initiated by the disgraced former US President George Bush and advanced today by the Obama Administration to destroy President Hugo Chavez.

By this statement therefore, the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) enjoins the civilised world to demand the total withdrawal of all US military bases in Colombia and not be returned, nor relocated elsewhere in Latin America. The HCI-FPFS demands also, for an end to “Plan Colombia” (i.e. CIA destabilisation agenda in Latin America) and also for an end to US-Colombian hostility towards President Hugo Chavez.

HCI-FPFS seeks peace, not pieces!

Kick all US military aggression bases out of Latin America now!

Victory for socialism of the 21st century!:

RE-ELECTION OF PRESIDENT EVO MORALES IS VICTORY FOR FREEDOM AND DIGNITY!
HUGO CHAVEZ INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR PEACE, FRIENDSHIP AND SOLIDARITY

HCI-FPFS

Subject: RE-ELECTION OF PRESIDENT EVO MORALES IS VICTORY FOR FREEDOM AND DIGNITY!

Public Statement 19 December, 2009.

The people of Bolivia have once again participated in a free, fair, transparent and democratic election and re-elected President Evo Morales. The results are massive endorsements of the President’s policies, programs, activities and decisions, which are based on restoring the lost freedom and dignity of the Bolivian nation.

The “Native Peoples”, i.e. “Red Indians” in the hemisphere have suffered untold pains, tribulations, traumas and brutal terrorism directed by the US Empire. They have perished also through the holocaust campaign initiated by the narcotic state of Colombia, led by President Alvaro Uribe (the murderer of four million refugees).

The re-election of President Evo Morales therefore, is a wake-up call for the group of ALBA (Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America) to accelerate efforts aimed at promoting and defending the inalienable rights of the Native Peoples everywhere on the global village. ALBA is the hope for freedom and dignity of Native Peoples, who demand that their just case for justice against brutal injustice meted on them by known murderers of humanity is brought before a credible International Judiciary.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) therefore, wishes to congratulate the Bolivian leader for his re-election to lead his country for another term. The Foundation wishes also the People’s President good health, long life and continued God’s Protection.

Evo Morales for Peace!

Evo Morales for Justice!

Evo Morales for Equality!

Evo Morales for Freedom!

Evo Morales for Dignity!

Evo Morales for Development!

Evo Morales for Prosperity!

“FRANCE MUST PRODUCE THE WANTED TERRORIST-ABOUBACAR TOUMBA DIAKITE”.
HUGO CHAVEZ INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR PEACE, FRIENDSHIP AND SOLIDARITY

HCI-FPFS

Public Release Statement. 9 December, 2009.

Subject: “FRANCE MUST PRODUCE THE WANTED TERRORIST-ABOUBACAR TOUMBA DIAKITE”.

STATEMENT:

Is the government of President Nicolas Sarkozy in Paris really interested in helping the Guinean people consolidate the current peace, stability and progress under the CNDD Government, led by President Moussa Dadis Camara? NO!

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) holds the position that the imposed crisis in Guinea is part of a French plan to dehumanise the Guinean people. With as known complicit, are Trans-national organised crime groups operating in and outside Guinea.

The conduct of France foreign policy before, during and after the September 28, 2009 unfortunate events in Conakry that led to the loss of innocent lives and destruction of public infrastructural facilities poses danger and threatens peace and stability.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) wishes to condemn again the attempted coup on December 3, 2009 against the CNDD Government of President Moussa Dadis Camara in Conakry. It is utterly disappointing that the coup and plot to kill President Dadis Camara happened at a time Guinea’s transition to constitutional rule is in progressing. The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) holds the belief that the current state of affairs in Guinea would have been averted if colonial France and its allies did not laid the foundation by playing the massive destruction weapon game of manipulation of institutions, creating ethnic tensions and big media lie to achieve lesser noble goals.

Prior to the December 3 terrorist attack on President Moussa Dadis Camara, the president of the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) in an interview with KPFK Radio 90.7 FM in Southern Carolina, USA analysed the Guinean situation objectively and denounced France’s racist, hate-filled and colonial-driven policy towards Guinea; the use of narcotic drugs dollar to corrupt foreign diplomats in the region and foreign governments’ officials, corrupt the media and national body polity; and plans by foreign hostile forces to destroy the Guinean leadership. These, the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) alerted also European researchers on Guinea and which powers are destabilising the West African nation.

Again the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) issued a public statement dated 25 October, 2009 title: “FRANCE MUST RESPECT THE SOVEREIGNTY OF GUINEA, and which was published in the media worldwide to wake the conscience of the international community.

France has manipulated the European Union and corrupted the international media to help prepare the ground for destabilisation of Guinea. The former colonial Lords have also compensated ECOWAS Executive Secretary Mohamed Ibn Chambers with another post- as Secretary General of the Brussels-based Secretariat of the 79-strong group of African Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) nations-for doing a dirty job against Guinea and the Guinean people. What is worrying to the HCI-FPFS is that, either the African Union or ECOWAS has condemned the coup against the democratically elected Government of President Manuel Zelaya in Honduras. But when it comes to Guinea and the Guinean people, these two instruments are being used by hostile foreign powers to undermine peace and stability.

One understands why the silence on the part of the international community, the African Union, ECOWAS, United Nations, European Union to condemn the attempted assassination of President Dadis Camara. Suffice it to say that there is a big international conspiracy to destabilise Guinea, with the French government in the forefront.

HCI-FPFS holds the view that colonial France and its allies created the terrorist-Aboubacarr Toumba Diakite to hang the CNDD Government. Undoubtedly, the action of terrorist Aboubacarr Diakite on December 3 was well-planned and executed with the sole aim to kill President Dadis Camara, overthrow the CNDD Government and create civil war so that colonial France and allies can justify foreign military intervention in the country. It is also the belief of the HCI-FPFS that colonial France interference in Guinea’s domestic matters is nothing but a downright subversive agenda that failed in the first place to achieve its goal during the September 28, 2009 lawlessness, hooliganism and massacre in the capital, Conakry.

As a voluntary, non-governmental Organisation committed to peace, human rights, freedom and dignity, the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) makes bold to appeal to colonial France to do the world, Guinea and Africa in particular a good thing by turning over its known client and wanted terrorist, Aboubacarr Toumba Diakite and others to the competent authorities in Conakry. Colonial France must immediately and unconditionally produce the terrorists and don’t think would be allowed to give sanctuary to the enemies of Guinea as compensation for committing heinous acts against the Guinean people, same way the US is protecting the terrorists that blew the Cuban passenger aircraft on October 6, 1976.

Stop colonial France’s terrorism on the African continent!

African's Cannot Help Themselves
Like a children in need of food and shelter, the African's are unable to take the next step, and take care of themselves. The average African is Mentally Handicapped and their IQ tests average between 60 and 70 IQ, depending on the nation. That is not enough brain power to live in a decent shelter instead of a sheet metal shack, dirty clothes and filthy sanitation. Someday, gene therapy may help improve their miserable existance. The annual income for most african's is $220.00 U.S. They do not have enough money to travel to South America and those that do take the journey, risk their lives to attain Wealth. “HCI-FPFS CONDEMNS ASSASSINATION ATTAMPT AT PRESIDENT MOUSSA DADIS CAMARA OF THE RTEPUBLIC OF GUINEA
HUGO CHAVEZ INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR PEACE, FRIENDSHIP AND SOLIDARITY

HCI-FPFS

Press Release 6 December, 2009.

Subject: “HCI-FPFS CONDEMNS ASSASSINATION ATTAMPT AT PRESIDENT MOUSSA DADIS CAMARA OF THE RTEPUBLIC OF GUINEA”

Through this Press Release, the Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) wishes to register its strongest condemnation of the assassination attempt on the life of His Excellency Moussa Dadis Camara, Head of State, and President of the National Council for Democracy and Development (CNDD) and Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Guinea. After failing at an attempted coup in April—an act strongly condemned by the whole of the civilised world—the enemies of Guinea are again trying to terrorize the Guinean people and wreak further havoc on the nation. Resorting to attempt to kill President Dadis Camara is not only condemnable but absolutely not the way to resolve the crises imposed on Guinea.

On December 3, 2009 in Conakry, Lieutenant Aboubacarr Toumba Diakite, working in complicit with hostile foreign powers, transnational narcotic traffickers and local traitors to the conscience of the Guinean nation, shot at President Moussa Dadis Camara in an attempt to kill the head of State and plunge the entire Guinea into civil war.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) strongly condemns this criminal act. The Organisation will use its entire means in and outside Africa to organize a strong line of protest against this new narco-colonial-driven crime on the African soil. The HCI-FPFS calls on the civilised world to protest against this criminal act.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) is encouraged that the peace, stability and harmonious aspects of the Guinean society have yet not been shaken by the unfortunate event of December 3. This is indicated by the manner in which communities across Guinea have remained calm, praying for their President to recover quickly and return home to continue his activities as Head of State and Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Guinea.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) wishes quick recovery for President Moussa Dadis Camara and unflinched support for the CNDD Government. HCI-FPFS works in order to organize extensive and massive protests against this barbaric act internationally. HCI-FPFS calls on all peace-loving people around the world to actively protest the attempt to kill President Moussa Dadis Camara.

The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) remains partner in the consolidation of peace and stability in Guinea and Africa generally.

Long Live President Moussa Dadis Camara!

Solidarity with the CNDD!

Viva Guinea!
